At the intersection of Obozowa Street with the Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue, in Warsaw’s Wola district, an 21st century office building is being built. The building will consist of two connected towers. Modern office and commercial space, offers tenants 14 floors with almost 14 thousand. m² of usable space and three underground storeys. The building will hold the BREEAM certificate of energy efficiency and environmental performance.
Palisander supplies Vector + with formwork systems and solutions to ensure safety at the construction site. An interesting fact of the investment are high ceilings, which were used to support towers ID 15 and MEP supports. This solution is dedicated to carrying significant vertical loads. The ID 15 towers, characterized by the simplicity of assembly, shorten the working time, and the MEP supports, thanks to efficient adjustment, allow better adjustment to the given heights.
Seven-meter columns are another curiosity of this investment. From the design assumption they are to constitute the identification element of this implementation. The formwork of PAL-S4 and PAL-SO columns was used for their implementation. The first system is characterized by easy and quick opening of the formwork lock, without the necessity of its complete disassembly – it saves labor and time, and a full health and safety set – ensures safe work. PAL-SO – a system of round columns, thanks to a wide range of element heights allows for optimal matching of formwork to the structure.
