The project was the largest of all construction sites in the province of Podlasie in 2005. The complex of 5-6 storey buildings with parking spaces, a helipad and a green recreation is located on an area of 5 ha. The court is one of the most modern facilities of this type in Poland build in 2005. The amount of concrete needed to complete the entire project was about 13 000 m³.
