Oddział Centralny

In addition to headquarters Mlekovita in Wysokie Mazwieckie, one of the largest group of dairy industry in Poland, is building a new production plant: Plant of Powder Milk Mlekovita 3. It is the largest investment to date of Mlekovita. Ultimately, the plant will process 2.5 million liters of milk and 1.5 million liters of whey a day, thus becoming a leader in the production of milk powder in the country and in the Central and Eastern Europe. The scale and size of the project speaks for itself: the investment being built on a plot of 4 ha, the total area of the factory is 27 thousand of square meter, of which the building area is nearly 15.000 m², and the cubic capacity is over 3 million m3.
Palisander is a supplier of formwork systems and technical consultancy services for the project. Provides systems such as: Logo and Raster – Wall formwork systems, PAL-20 – slab formwork, PAL-S4 / Logo Multi -column formwork, ID 15 – engineering system to carry high loads and supports performing at high altitudes, a wide range of safety systems that meet the high quality and technical requirements of general contractor. Fast and safe vertical communication inside the “bunker” and in other buildings was provided by a stair towers PAL-120 with a height almost of 40 meters.
So gigantic projects require special and innovative solutions. Palisander Design Department proposed a special system of scaffold clamping to the outer edge of the building, mounted on working consoles KBK 180. This solution allowed the efficient construction of the high walls of the building, with the highest safety standards. Plant of Powder Milk Mlekovita 3 is a structure that evolves.
The process of change and transformation requires flexibility and immediate response from the contractors. Constant communication of Palisander Technical Adviser and an appropriate schedule for the supply of equipment has enabled the reduction of the amount of material working at particular stages of the project, which allowed for the current eliminating unnecessary costs.
